Happy New Year to all our residents! We recently won the Property Team of the Year at High Point Commons and we are so grateful to our residents who made this happen. Any resident depends on their property team to make their lives as stress-free as possible, but it can be harder to find than you think.  So, what makes a great property team? This process is at the core of everything we do. Putting on great events for residents is a great way for us to continue to stay connected with our community year-round. This year we hosted a record number of resident engagement events, with 19 at High Point Common alone including a book swap, cookie decorating, and a movie in the park to name a few!
