Our population is much smaller than other cities in the nation (just under 270,000 people), but still offers everything you could ever want. Plus, more than half of that population is under the age of 30, providing a young and thriving community to live and study in.

Local High Schoolers work hard every year to raise money to help those less fortunate attend post-secondary school. Covid is making this very difficult for them. They are at risk of losing money rather than helping fellow teenagers. We are therefore helping them to reach out to you. Please consider purchasing some of these wonderful stocking stuffers (also great for your personal use).

The Holidays Are Upon Us!

The holidays are here and it gives us time to enjoy the company of our family and friends while also being able to reflect on the past year. Here at Orosz-Fagen Properties, we are looking forward to our holiday party! One of the few times in the year where the entire company can be in one place at the same time and share some laughs and memories together. The camaraderie is amazing and there isn't a better group of people to be part of an organization with.
