Jacob, a resident at Midvale Heights said “Midvale Heights was the best apartment housing experience I've had. Management was always extremely responsive and helpful, and maintenance was very polite."
Nadia said “Staff are very friendly and respectful. The maintenance crew is also very professional. Cody always shows care and patience whenever I have had any maintenance issues.”
Over at High Point Commons, Ryann said: “I’ve only had great experiences at this place since living here! Maintenance is great at responding, including Brandon who showed up on a weekend (even though it was something I could have done), but he happily showed up with a smile and fixed it quickly. I've felt seen, heard, and included on anything that I bring up to the leasing office. All around great place to live!”.

Apartments are kept in good condition
As well as our staff, residents often comment on the great condition of their homes. Being proactive in looking for ways we can improve your home is something we take great pride in, whether it’s replacing flooring, upgrading countertops and backsplashes, or simply making sure the common areas are in tip-top shape.
Leslie at High Point Commons added “The complex is well maintained. They are consistently doing work but not to the point of you never getting peace… For example, they just repainted our doors and repaved the parking lot. When it snows, they always lay down salt, shovel sidewalks, and use a truck to plow. They even request you move your car the following day to ensure every spot is clean. Finding an apartment that suits your needs in terms of pricing, location, amenities, etc. is obviously important in making that decision, but the effort staff put in sets High Point Commons apart.”
Pickie over at Sauk Creek said “The buildings and grounds here are beautifully maintained. I love my apartment! It is updated, safe, sunny, and quiet. And it’s affordable. I never wonder if I made the right choice. This is home!”.
Richard at High Point Commons wrote: “The apartments are kept up really well. The office staff is always responding within minutes/hours via text. Everyone is really pleasant to talk with”.

Location
It’s no secret that we LOVE Madison’s West Side. It’s why we chose each of our properties to manage. It has everything you need in close proximity and makes Madison living that much easier. Our residents love it too!
